Gentlemen, at 09:00pm EST on 29 APR 2012, TAC will face the #1 team on TWL 4v4 Hardcore Squad Rush. This is a team we have faced months ago who beat us 4-0. They are presumably cocky, arrogant and believe themselves to be invincible with their undefeated record. They will bring their best to the table that night, because as recent history has shown, TAC is on a roll with no stopping in its near future. I would like to ask for all TAC members who have the game Battlefield 3 installed, for 6 hours of their time over the next week. We have regularly scheduled practice at 8:30pm EST on 24 APR 2012, and 26 APR 2012. I would like to add a Saturday practice at the same time. Please come join your brothers in preparation for the pinnacle of our pursuit of Battlefield 3 greatness. Every rifle is needed for rigorous internal scrimmaging and public scrimmaging. We will be playing regularly other nights of the week if you are interested in further support. Let's make our stand together and field the best that TAC has available and show Team Axion what a real brotherhood is and the true meaning of seamless cohesion. View the full article

I lost far to many hours curled up with an antique 386 laptop (the size of 2 shoeboxes mind you) playing the original back in the day. I still break it out and play it sometimes... I'm so stoked to see this one coming back, and the video linked makes it sound like they really are try hard to stay true to the original. View the full article

The Battlefield Blog has release dates for the Back to Karkand expansion for Battlefield 3. Word is the add-on will come for the PlayStation 3 on December 6th, and on December 13th for Windows PC and Xbox 360. Word is: "If you pre-ordered Battlefield 3: Limited Edition, you will receive this expansion pack at no extra charge. Anyone else can buy it through the in-game store (on consoles), PlayStation Store (PS3), Xbox Live Marketplace (Xbox 360), or on Origin (PC).
